The business owner is the main installer. Discussions regarding needs, process, and price were clear, direct, and professional. Jose is personable and honest about what he can or cannot do. We monitored the work and he was very accommodating to our questions and he readily made changes that we requested. More expensive than some but worth it. Always good to work with a small business owner.
