“My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. “Mixed feelings.
The first technician that came out, misdiagnosed the problem with my washer.
I decided not to go ahead with the repair as it would have been $700-800 . On reflection I decided to go ahead as it was still cheaper that buying new. The second technician rediagnosed the problem and this time it was much cheaper.
The final technician installed the new part and I am delighted to say my washer is working fine now.
All in all I am pleased with the outcome.
However , I do find it annoying that you don’t get to speak to a real person when you call. It can be frustrating trying to explain to an automated system certain aspects to your individual problem.“
