    Three visits and could not get my data transferred. One visit was the buy and I was going to leave it but this could not be done. Then I booked a date for a download but upon getting back there the guy that could do it was sick (No call to cancel). I then booked another date, showed up and was told they'd need 3 days of having both my old and new computers to transfer the data, which for most of us who need a computer for work cannot do. I ended up doing that migration on my own which was 90 minutes. This is the last time I ever will buy a computer from Best Buy (one and done!). I highly recommend going elsewhere!!

    Horrendous. To get repair service, you have to purchase a membership. How long until the repairperson arrives? They won't tell you until you purchase the membership! How about the average time? They haven't a clue. Buy the membership! How about if I speak with a supervisor? Sorry, that option is not available.

    BS "service." I have an ASUS laptop that has warranty on it. the laptop suddenly had the monitor display colors incorrectly. so i contacted asus and they said im covered and you can go to a best buy to get it repaired. i walk in, and they flat out refuse to do repairs under warranty because i opened up the case to do general cleaning, and that "voided the warranty" IN WHICH on my warranty card, nothing is said on that topic. contacted asus again and they said cleaning the insides does not violate the warranty. Geek Squad wanted $650 to litterally do something thats 7 steps and takes 5 minutes to do. never go to any geek squad people. they will scam you out of your money...read full review
