We cannot sing Rene and his team’s praises highly enough. Rene is without exaggeration very professional, an excellent contractor, ethical and compassionate as well. When my vulnerable elderly mother had a boiler malfunction in November 2023, she called her regular plumber who she had trusted for years and who happened to have good reviews. They insisted they would not help her unless they replaced the boiler for over $7,500, after rebates. As she was vulnerable and stressed about having no heat during winter, she placed a deposit for about $3500 with her regular plumber. I have used RST a couple times now at my mother’s home and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. After calling around for help with a relic of a gas furnace, RST was the only outfit who could get to the property in a reasonable timeframe. Once on site, they were efficient and looked for ways to solve the problem. They are reliable and reasonable; everything you want in a service company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RST.
I recently had an issue with my air conditioner. Dave, an HVAC Tech from RST Mechanical, checked all the pipes of my HVAC system and did not find any leaks. He did find the problem in my compressor and fixed the problem expediently. My air conditioner is working great now! Dave was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.
