I had never been a chiropractic patient until several years ago when I first saw Dr. Misty. I had already had carpal tunnel surgeries on both hands, and I was afraid that I was going to need it again. My first visit was incredible, and I started to see her on a regular basis. Since that time, I have had no more difficulty with my hands or wrists - the treatment she gave me was absolutely fabulous, and I will always be grateful for the help I received.

I have been seeing Dr. Misty for over six months now. I have never gone to a chiropractor that has such an extensive knowledge of the inter-workings of the body and utilizes several different types of therapies to aid in treatment. Every time that I get an adjustment, my body pain goes down significantly. I have also gone to Dr. Misty for digestive problems I have struggled with for years. Dr. Misty gave me a better understanding of what my diagnosis likely is as well as ways to better understand it via health tests or sources of information to educate myself on. I highly recommend Dr. Misty to anyone I know needs a chiropractor or functional medicine consult.

Doctor Misty knows her stuff!!! I had a consultation with Dr. Misty concerning my 10 yr old daughter. She had injured her ankle while doing gymnastics AND even after going to an Orthopedic doctor who specialized in sports injuries, it still wasn't healing. Without even seeing my daughter's x-rays, Misty instantly knew and told me what to have the other doctor examine. Misty was right!! It was NOT a bone Spur or a bad sprain. My daughter had a minor fracture of the growth plate in her left ankle. Thankfully for the talk with Dr. Misty, my daughter is getting the treatment that she should have gotten weeks ago. Thank you New Horizon Chiropractic & Wellness!!! 5 stars!
