The Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa completely outdid themselves for our anniversary!
They upgraded our room with a beautiful room with a large balcony that featured an awesome view of the water. Taking in the harbor scenery was easily one of the highlights of our stay. To make the occasion even more special, the staff brought sparkling wine straight to our room as an anniversary surprise.
Outstanding hospitality and unforgettable views. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to celebrate!

Overpriced mediocrity at best. Tiny rooms, no MClub on the weekends. Location is good but again, not stellar for what they charge. As an Ambassador Elite, I stay at 120+ hotels a year, mostly for business and this one doesn’t even make the top 20.

Our room was nice but in our opinion highly overpriced! The room was small! The lock to our balcony was broken so we were unable to lock the door at night! We ordered room service and received no cutlery or napkins which were needed for the entree I ordered. The valet service was good for moving cars but never offered to help with luggage. The staff was friendly but for the price we paid we expected more!
