The location was great! And the staff was very nice. The valet was a little overwhelmed. The hotel needs some major upgrades for the process they are asking. The sofa, carpets and tables were extremely worn and had spots all over them. The walls were scuffed and even the sofas in the common areas were peeling. The walls are extremely thin and we were kept up until 2 am one night because of a loud party next door. The food and weight staff were great. Avoid the breakfast coffee though (go to the Starbucks or a coffee shop down the street). I guess I just expected more for the money we spent. Definitely a 3 star hotel.

Yvette, thank you so much for taking such great care of us. It was a little rainy, but we still had the best time! Can’t thank you enough! The entire hotel staff was fantastic; everyone we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and are already eagerly looking forward to our next visit.
Unlike other posts here, I did not find the front desk employees all that welcoming, which is completely different than I expected. It was disappointing honestly. There waa zero apprection for my business and I spent over $1,100 for two nights.
