Sorry to those that did not have a pleasant experience. Lucy was wonderful and made sure everything went well. Check-in staff were great and friendly. Not sure about pool access, however, there is a dry sauna. Complimentary flavored drops for water and tea.
Men's shower as another reviewer mentioned was not warm or hot enough. Curtain rode was not smooth to pull curtain.
Love Spa Fjor for my appointments with Melissa. Melissa is always welcoming and so kind. She always asks if I have any concerns and listens carefully when I explain an issue. She offers advice and even walks out to go over products I may find helpful. When checking in the staff is friendly and so pleasant. The spa is calming and peaceful, the robes are lovely and the amenities offered are perfect. As a side note- It would be wonderful if there were a small shower in the Facial Room to use quickly before exiting to the public area. Overall my last two years have been a true pleasure.
