“I have been visiting the spa multiple times a year for three years now. I come all the way from central mass.My husband and I do the water journey everytime. We make a whole day out of coming down to town and the spa is the center of it.The most recent time we were there the help of the staff and in particular Kristen was exceptional.My husband and I wanted to do something we love together before a lengthy deployment for military and here we came. With the clientele that day a little louder and more rambunctious than other times, Kristen did her best to rectify the situation and make us feel seen. We will not forget the kindness she gave us that day.If you are looking for the best hydrotherapy experience around come try it out for yourself.“

“Had a wonderful facial here. However, I was not happy about the automatic gratuity. I would have actually tipped more than the automatic amount, but was not given the chance. What if my service was just so-so? What if it was not good at all? That's the point of gratuity, it should match your experience. I know what the argument is...it assures that jerks don't get a great massage or whatever and then give $5 bucks. But it's not my job to see that the staff is fairly compensated. It's the spa's. The gratuity is extra.“
