After two babies the dress didn’t fit, was too long, and had straps that were huge. He created this beautiful piece in the back to extend the dress to fit again that you wouldn’t even know wasn’t originally part of the dress. They hemmed it, took spaghetti straps in, and took off the larger straps completely and reattached them higher so my sides would fit better. He is amazing and always had a smile on his face and never judged me for not fitting in the dress anymore. I highly recommend them for ANYTHING!“

I bought a strapless wedding dress that ended up being 1-2 sizes too big, so required lots of work on the corset/boning section to ensure it stayed in place. By the time she was done I was in love with how it looked and felt. On top of that, the dress required multiple fittings but she was always very accommodating with my difficult work schedule. “Competent, professional, and quick! Unlike so many businesses these days, the folks at Dexter cleaners jumped up when they saw me in the parking lot, and were respectful of my time. Off a few coats, and they told me they would be ready on the next business day, and they were. I forgot that I wanted a button repaired on each of them, so I called back. They immediately pulled up my account and told me it would be done. I didn't have to double check. I trust them to do whatever they say they're gonna do. I'm definitely going to use them in the future for all of my dry cleaning. The coats came out perfect, and I don't even know how they found matching buttons because I didn't give them extras. And I didn't think my coats had extras hidden in them, but maybe they found them. Anyway, this is a great company, and I wish more companies would follow their business model of old-fashioned respect for the customer and kind and courteous service.“

“I had a slight rip in my Patagonia coat. They charged me a very fair price of only eight dollars. They fixed my coat and returned it in like new condition in a little less than 24 hours. The cashier was kind and professional and the women doing the sewing appeared to have great expertise in their craft. I’m very grateful for them. I will return if I need more things stitched.

Also my coat had a little salt on it they were kind enough to get the salt off without me having to ask. They went above and beyond for me and I am extremely thankful.“

So timely and the woman at the front desk I dealt with was so kind and helpful. I did have 2 items that came back with minor scuffs and brought it to the attention of the owner who dealt with the matter personally and professionally, offering to launder the items again!!
