“*** Original 2019 Review*** I meant to write this last year- they do a FANTASTIC job and the employees are always pleasant. Front-store parking can get tricky though as someone already mentioned. If there's no spots at the front there is parking to the side of the building (although I don't know if its okay to park there- I'd call ahead and check just to be sure).Last year they hemmed over a dozen items for me ranging from my tops, pants and dresses to my husband’s favorite sweater. Price-wise I find them to be a tad pricey compared to others around... BUT... its fair for the quality of work they provide. “I was trying to convert an article of clothing into a jacket. Long story short, I ended up messing it up and the jacket ended up being too cropped and short for my liking. I called and then brought my jacket to Tita’s tailors and asked if they could make alterations to the jacket so that it would properly fit me. a week later I picked up my jacket and it was like brand new, everything was perfect from the length to the alterations. “I am so glad The Laundry Club is in Wayland Square. Only have to walk 2 blocks for friendly and efficient service. They have fixed rips in dresses, leggings, shirts, jeans, snow pants, and even a flag for me. The Laundry Club makes sure the tailors they send it to get all the details, all the time. One pair of leggings had rips in a dozen different places, and all are repaired. For such a reasonable price, too. It takes a couple weeks to come back since repairs are outsourced, so as long as you have time, I highly recommend to come here. I’ve interacted with couple different employees a few times, as well as the manager Rob many times. I’ve never had a negative experience. Thank you!“
“The best place for any tailoring on dresses. I use them all of the time for any of the weddings I am in throughout the year. Definitely recommend - the husband and wife team are a little older and more reserved, but are extremely kind and care about what they produce. Of all the 10+ times I've used them - they deliver and have the best and quickest turnaround. They accept credit cards and I always pay when I drop off - making it easy and quick for pick up. I was in a pinch a couple of weeks ago and needed a dress hemmed within 5 days and they delivered and were super accommodating.“
