Jozetta is most definitely the best tailor and dry cleaner in New England! Always friendly, inviting and personable, with a big smile on her face! Any tailoring I bring to her comes back quickly and is always altered correctly! 100% perfect experience every time, and 100% recommended to all!

The work was decent but the attitude I received in general was negative. Not inviting at all. She did not make me want to be in her presence both times I saw her. Very negative and pushy.I won't be going back and will find a nicer seamstress. Personality matters when dealing kne in one with customers.
