“I have been coming here a long time. The customer service has improved so much here and Dr Shital is still one of the best drs I know!! I really appreciate the personal touch they provide in their care! I hadn’t completed a form online ahead of time and the questionnaire in person was quick and easy to fill out! So happy I’ve been able to continue my care here even after moving out of state with my new insurance. My only complaint is I think they could’ve used at least one more receptionist, but I was still in and out very quickly. Really grateful for Wood River as they’ve helped me find the right specialists and have helped keep my goals on track while navigating big health and career changes in my twenties!
