I have been coming here a long time. The customer service has improved so much here and Dr Shital is still one of the best drs I know!! I really appreciate the personal touch they provide in their care! I hadn’t completed a form online ahead of time and the questionnaire in person was quick and easy to fill out! So happy I’ve been able to continue my care here even after moving out of state with my new insurance. My only complaint is I think they could’ve used at least one more receptionist, but I was still in and out very quickly. Check in is great. Usually wait for doctor. Frustrating to not have forms completed timely. Prescriptions have been wrong. Love my doctors, they keep me coming back. Genuinely interested in my well-being!
I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Caren, an amazing dental hygienist who works for Wood River Health Services. Today she was working as a temporary for my dentist, and I cannot stop thinking about her caring and compassionate attitude! If there were only more of her in this universe, what a good world it would be.
