“The vinyl siding on our house was torn off due to an accident with a lawn company.Our insurance company had Lion Exteriors do a complete replacement of the siding and the trim. Marco was in communication throughout the process.The construction took a little longer than expected due to some minor hiccups, but Marco and the team came through in the end.While they were removing part of the siding, we noticed a leak on our ceiling.While removing the siding, Lion had simply revealed a problem that was already there. The leak was due to missing flashing on the front. Apparently, the person we had purchased our home from had shingles installed, but neglected to install flashing in that area. Marco and his team took care of it right away, no questions asked. Fortunately, this was covered by our insurance company.Isaiah had recommended replacing windows, since the siding was already off and the windows were more exposed. They were old, and a few of them either would not open, and/or close, so we agreed.It took a while for the window company to replenish their stock, so that was put on hold for a bit (no fault of Lion).There was some miscommunication on how they were going to be installed, but thanks to Marco and his good customer service, it worked out 'very' well in the end.Our home, windows, and new front roof shingles look 'Fantastic' both inside and out. Sergei came to my house and provided me a complete information package on the roofing materials to be used including copies of his licenses and insurance. I received a detailed quote shortly thereafter. After a little price negotiation I scheduled the job and they arrived on time with a full crew. They did the entire job, 39 squares of roof in one day! “I know a lot of people in the construction business but could not get any of them to take on my job,. "I'm way too busy and just can't make any promises when I can get to it...." I came across United S A Construction after looking outside my normal contractor connections. I was very cautious about using someone that I didn't know. Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time. The job move quickly and a minor misunderstanding on my part was discussed professionally and a reasonable solution was reached without a problem. The job was completed without interruptions within a weeks time. I already have another quote for more work to be completed and I referred him to friend today. “B&R Fournier replaced my roof back in 2000 and did an awesome job. So I called them again to replace my shingles and as expected, they were great. The job was done within a day. The service and crew were awesome. Left my property clean and debris free. The roof looks awesome and the owners were great to deal with.
