From the 1st call and to the end of the process these people made me comfortable all the way through completion. I spoke with key people but when their roofing expert Tim Oliver came I knew I was going to go with them. On the roof, in the attic and viewing chimney Tim explained everything to me 1 step at a time. 50 year warranty with the best price and service is why I finally sent my 1st 5 star rating. RTP did an exceptional job of re-shingling a 2200 sq. ft. roof in under seven hours. Yes, you read that right. In the time it takes me to do a crossword puzzle, the RTP team of “skywalkers” stripped off the 25-year-old shingles, put down the under layer, double capped the ridge, and installed more than 20 squares of GAF architectural shingles. Polite, efficient and thorough, they systematically cleaned up along the way and at the end of the job went around with a large rolling magnet that picked up all the loose nails.
These guys are the best in the business, hands down..
We had an excellent experience with RTP Roofing. Everything from first contact and quoting to installation and final walk through was extremely smooth and easy. Tim at RTP helped answer all of our questions and was extremely pleasant to work with. The installation crew was fast and courteous. We are very satisfied with our new roof and the 50 year warranty gives us great peace of mind. We’ll definitely be reaching out to RTP again when it’s time to do our siding.
