Called on Monday morning asking for an emergency appointment A.S.A.P. and they were able to get me in that Wednesday. Less than two weeks later, and I have new glasses with an updated prescription! “I just had my first office visit with Dr Pfeffer and wish I switched sooner! The front desk staff is happy and very friendly, and Dr Pfeffer came out to get me and did everything himself (I didn't get bounced back and forth from nurse to nurse to waiting room). I was seen on time and my entire appointment was about 45 minutes. If you're hesitant to switch, don't be! What a breath of fresh air this eye doctors office was! My only regret is I didn't switch sooner!“
