I signed up for a promo on IG and made an appt for today. Spoke with the receptionist, confirmed appt, put a CC on file for a no show fee (if applicable). Confirmed via text and all. Guess what? THEY AREN'T HERE! I got to my appt 25mins early, waited til a more appropriate time. Went to the door, locked. Called, no answer. Went to the door at my appt time, locked. Called again, no answer. I recently had Botox done here by Francis and Joyce and it was the best experience I ever had. They use plastic surgery markers and double and triple check their injection sites. Post injection was perfect. If it wasn’t, however they offer a free 2 week top off if necessary. Mine was just right. Love ❤️
