I had laser hair removal here, the spa is wonderful, clean and inviting. The staff that performed the procedure were professional and nice. Overall the experience was good however the results are what I am disappointed with. I completed the 6 package session and it all grew back immediately after stopping. I understand it does grow back and you need repeat sessions but for it all to grow back right away feels like a complete waste of time, money and keeping out of the sun for nothing. There was an initial consult to determine if I was a good candidate, not sure what happened as I have dark brown hair but that is my frustration.

I can’t add photos of my results for obvious reasons but I am so happy with my results. I couldn’t be any happier. It’s my first time doing laser sessions I’m doing my bikini area and it hurts way less than waxing although you feel a small sting he goes away immediately. I’ve seen almost all of the aestheticians in the office and I have zero complaints. I think the staff is wonderful I’ve always been treated with respect scheduling is very easy by phone I’ve had to cancel and reschedule and I’ve always had a pleasant experience.
