Lauren was amazing as my treatment went very well. I’m counting down the weeks till my next appointment and was also really satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and receptionists!

The staff is very friendly. However I did have one appointment for bikini zone where I sustained burns. Because of this I am now off track and behind on my appointments. I also had to push the last one out because there was an issue at the site I go to. The only other problems I have are I consistent treatments. There are areas in the bikini zone that seem to be skipped. This is a combination of bit pricing it right as I had indicated in the quote I wanted to be hairless from the waist down. Some technicians won’t adjust areas to get inner labia hairs. I would consider any area of my inner bum crack to be included in bikini zone but they really don’t go further...read full review

Sydney and Lorraine were great today! I accidentally came in at the wrong appointment time, but they were able to fit me in anyways. They are very sweet and accommodating and I would highly recommend this location!
