Their website is bad. Their prices are terrible, there package are ridiculous and their photos are slightly better than my phone. Oh almost forgot the poses are hilarious. That bumped them up to two stars. With the prices as high as they are you have to wonder home much they kick back to the school.

From making the appt., professional receptionist, professional photographer, ordering the $500 worth of pictures, that came out amazing with retouching. I am giving 4 stars!HOWEVER, The $95 yearbook comes out and the wrong senior picture is there AND it's not even retouched. I sent in the picture we wanted on line, before the deadline. Now maybe if i didn't they could have picked a retouched picture seeing i paid for it? Make sure to check the deadline and triple check the photo you want.

While I have not worked with the company itself, I will say that the staff here is incredibly nice and fun to talk to. Especially one man who's name I did not catch, but I do know he was a Trainee and used to go to Berkley for school. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met and he should be promoted or given some sort of recognition.
