I am beyond disappointed with my son’s school pictures this year. We pay a significant amount of money for these photos not just for prints, but for memories that are supposed to last a lifetime. Unfortunately, the photo we received looks rushed and careless.
It’s clear that Lifetouch treats school picture day like a conveyor belt one quick snap and on to the next student without taking the time to make sure each child looks their best. These are important keepsakes for families, and the lack of care and attention shows.

Lifetouch deserves zero stars, but I had to give them one just to write a review. Their customer service sucks. They have no clue how to do their jobs. The photographers are lazy as hell! They don’t make sure the kids are neat and Hair looks good. They just snap the photo and that’s it. I called and asked them to fix something on my child’s photo and they said there would be a new portrait ID for the fixed photo- there isn’t! The new image wasn’t replaced on the website. I called customer service and they are absolutely NO help!! I honestly don’t know how Lifetouch is still in business and why schools still use them. Lifetouch is HORRIBLE!!
2 yrs in a row pictures are not good. Last year there was a weird shadow causing a line down my grandson's face, This year somehow Non reflective glasses were made reflective by the angle of the light, you cannot see his right eye. My grandson is extremely tall but no accommodation is made for that probably is the problem. And this is after their mild retouching.
