“If you’re reading this it’s because you have a health issue. Twenty-three years ago. I was almost bedridden. I had degenerating discs in my neck. I couldn’t hold my head up and my arms and hands were numb. Surgery was going to be risky with no guarantees. I didn’t know anything about acupuncture. So, I nervously tried it. Acupuncture gave me my life back. I am playing golf again. I recently had to call Dr Liu because I had excruciating lower back pain. The pain was debilitating. Dr Liu was very accommodating. I’m feeling good again. I’m living proof that acupuncture works. I highly recommend Dr Liu. You owe it to yourself to make an appointment. So you can get your life back on track as well.

“I would like to thank the team of professionals I had for my procedure. I was quite nervous in the weeks leading up to this procedure as I had had a terrible experience in the past. At the request of my primary dr and my family, I researched (for months) and found Dr. Angela Fishman. I made the appointment and working with this office was quite easy. They sent clear instructions and easy to follow preparation. They have drs and staff there 24/7 in case you have any questions or issues during prep. I had none but appreciated this. The prep was easier than I thought. Upon arrival, the check in was quick and easy but that’s when my nerves hit. The intake nurse called my name and my heart sank. Here we go. Lisa brought me to a room to review my info and history. I explained to her what happened to me many years ago with another dr (not associated with this facility) and let’s just say, Lisa was pivotal to ensure none of that would be happening today. Lisa took the time and care to talk to me to ensure that I knew I was in good hands and would not wake up or feel anything. I was still quite nervous thinking, yea I heard that before. Lisa brought me to the room where you get ready. She did my IV. Lisa you started this whole process off great. I barely felt the IV needle. That says a lot. Lisa kept me informed and told me who my anesthetist would be, his name was Rich. Rich came by to speak with me and he was kind, polite and just an absolute total blessing! He could see I was fearful and advised me of the steps he would take to ensure I would not wake up or feel a thing. Of course I was still fearful. I met Dr. Fishman, who was also very nice, kind and sincere. She explained the steps of the entire process. I went to the procedure room. By then I was a full on nervous wreck, not saying much just nervous. Well, they do what they say. They are professionals at what they do. They do thousands of these and have their processes nailed down. I met Nicole who was another on the staff of kind and caring ppl. She was getting me ready for the big event. They had music playing and all were talking and just kind!!!!!! At the last second, just before they started, I made a comment and Rich, you were there with me and with all my heart I appreciated your reply!!!! You know what I’m talking about! Thank YOU for that. Rich held true to his word. Before I knew it, he was sending in the medicine with a kind smile. Yes I could see that smile through your mask. You radiated compassion. And I was OUT. I never ever woke up, not once. I woke up in recovery and truly couldn’t believe i didn’t wake up or feel a thing. Denise was there when I opened my eyes and she sealed the deal. She was fun, kind and caring. She guided me thru the final steps, with great humor. Rich came in to recovery to see me and I was still blown away that I didnt wake up during the procedure or feel a thing. Thank you Rich, you’re amazing! Dr Fishman came to see me and reviewed the procedure. Thank you so much for all you did here, you’re incredible. All I can say is, it’s got to be a prerequisite listed on an application, for being employed here. Must be compassionate, be kind, be polite, be fun and full of love. EVERY single person that I came into contact with was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this facility, the staff and all of the teammates I mentioned here. When I tell you I was scared to death, that was an understatement. You completely changed me. All of you, Lisa, Rich, Dr Fishman, Nicole and Denise, you all know your jobs very well and it’s obvious you enjoy what you do because that is passed on to the patient in a huge way. I highly recommend Dr Fishman and her team. They are absolutely, unequivocally, incredible! Yes, they are all that! And as I’m sitting here writing this review, my phone just rang, I pick up, they called to check up on me to see how I was feeling. I’m feeling great! Can’t thank you all enough!“
