This is the worst Doctors office I ever been too. No follow up on testing Slow or failed to refill prescriptions Npt doesn't listen poor bedside manner After 10yrs using their different offices. I am leaving them.. Will not ever send anyone there I see why they can not retain Doctors or Np When Megan np and David were there no issues Complained goes in one ear out the other Emailed Elena cmo for Ccap no response as usual

Terrible doctor does not listen. Terrible condescending staff told me I'm an adult and its my fault I missed an appointment even though they had my number wrong. Asked for a physical three times. She never gave me one. I have pancreatitis and have been vomiting every meal I eat. Cant work. Sleeping all day in terrible fatigue and the Carol has done nothing to help me. When I came to her crying from my last primary experience with Micheal lucarelli. Another winner. Why is the medical field broken on Rhode Island. They just want money.
