He happily gave me her Telegram, @NaraRose01, so I reached out and asked about booking a one-hour deep tissue FSNURU session. Lina was so kind and professional as she explained that she works strictly by appointment only and doesn’t accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the entire booking process with such care. Once my payment was confirmed, I received my private approval code along with beautifully clear instructions on how everything worked. When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn’t realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me truly appreciate how smooth, organized, and thoughtful my own experience was. After presenting my approval code, I was welcomed in right away with a warm smile. Lina already had the room beautifully prepared and was waiting for me. The entire session was professional, deeply relaxing, and far exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly attentive, highly skilled, and made sure every single moment was enjoyable and special from start to finish. I felt completely pampered and cared for. Kara coordinated all of my appointments, answered billing questions and was a friendly face greeting me for each session. My Physical Therapist was Ron. I started 3 weeks after an L4/L5 in situ fusion. My strength, flexibility and endurance were at a low. Ron developed an effective in-clinic program, reinforced with a home exercise program. Unlike some other PT outfits I had previously used, Ron constantly fine tuned both the clinic sessions and HEP as I made progress. He ensured that I was challenged throughout.<br>Sometime after I began back rehab, I also started coming in for rehab for a partially torn rotator cuff. Ron developed another challenging program. As I end my rehab sessions, I am stronger, more flexible, pain free and able to resume my previous activities. I’ve met or exceeded my rehab goals. I would definitely recommend Matrix to anyone seeking rehab after surgery or an injury.”

“I had a great experience here! I asked for 2 hours and ended up extending to 3 and it wasn’t an issue at all! A lot of places will say no sorry can’t etc. They got me in with little wait and skillfully helped release all my tension throughout my body. I suffer from something called TOS and it makes me super tense. I left feeling relaxed and loose like jello. Today, the day after, I’m sore but I know that they did a great job because it’s the good sore. Place was clean, professional, skilled and accommodating. Price for 3 hours was only $180 and it was a strong massage! Can’t be beat.”
