I recently purchased flowers from this flower shop for the first time to celebrate a dear friend who had just welcomed a beautiful baby girl. Since the shop was conveniently located near her home and had such great reviews, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did!
From the very beginning, the lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, courteous, patient, and helpful. The ordering process was quick, easy, and seamless. I also had a little note I wanted included with the flowers, and when I realized my message was a bit too long for the courtesy card, she kindly wrote it in a greeting card so the entire message could fit. She even did this without charging me an additional fee because she didn’t want to bother me about it, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I would have happily paid the extra charge, especially after receiving such wonderful service.
My friend sent me a picture of the flowers once they arrived, and they were absolutely beautiful! ?? They made such a lovely gift to celebrate the arrival of her baby girl.
My only small comment is that, considering the price I paid, I expected the bouquet to look a little more abundant. That said, the arrangement itself was beautiful, and the overall experience was very positive.
