Premiere livraison a ete fait la bonne journee et a l'heure, mais les fleurs n'etaient pas tres belles (probablement du a la livraison), jai contacté la boutique, ils ont ete tres gentil et m'ont renvoyé un autre bouquet, la bonne journee et a l'heure et elle sont magnifique. Pour cette raison je donne un 4 etoiles. Merci encore pour l'excellent service que vous m'avez donné.
I've been going to this florist for 6 years now and it was my big favorite until recently. Previously, I was allowed to go into the fridge to choose my flowers with the saleswoman and the last 3-4 times I went, they no longer let me go and choose them. I feel like choices are being imposed on me. It should be noted that if it was during a rush period (eg: Valentine's Day or Mother's Day), I would completely understand but during an off-peak period, I don't see why. It's no longer as pleasant as before going there with this much less personalized service.
