“This company is Exceptional!!! Truly. I had a VIP delivery that was small, but they had to charge me the full delivery price ( understandable $$$gas and time) so they offered a small box of chocolate which I politely declined. I had included instructions that they were to print a cover letter on my behalf to be included with the arrangement. They found an error, took the time to email and call me, as they knew this was an important delivery. The attention to detail, the level of communication, and the arrangement… WOW. Incredible. These guys are top notch professionals in every way. Thank you!!!“

“Had a small misunderstanding after ordering by phone some flowers for a friends birthday. They unfortunately were not able to deliver on the actual day, however after speaking with Davino (sorry if i spelt your name wrong), he assured me they would redo the bouquet and send it out again early the next day. My friend was extremly happy with her flowers and the surprise. Big thanks to the staff at Lelili for making a bad situation 100% better.
