I ordered a plant for my son as a welcome to his new home in Montreal. I had misread the price initially so contacted the florist directly and she was very accommodating and helpful. However when the plant arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website. I have been offered a $10 refund for a missing plant. My son indicated some of the leaves were damaged also. The cost including tax and delivery was $111 for a plant that looks at best a $25 value.
