Nice shop, good products with excellent quality and brands, but the customer service is not acceptable for shop of this level, I bought a garden set, one table and four chairs among other things , not a help to load the shopping to the car in front of the door never was suggested or offered.
Very appreciated customer service experience with the staff of the Saint Denis boutique! We bought a piece of furniture that we had problems with, the people we were in contact with about this were very helpful and very responsive.
It is always a pleasure to go to Zone. Staffs are always very nice and welcoming. I love their products but they lost a star because I feel like the variety isn’t what it used to be.
