Nous étions rendus en novembre et mon médecin me suggère d'aller voir un physiothérapeute avant de me rendre à l'injection et/ou après l'opération. Je suis sceptique....Je prends RDV avec Monsieur Vu. Au premier RDV consultation complète avec exercices et questions. Je repars à la maison avec 1 exercice à faire entre 5 et 8 fois par jour. Dès la première semaine je vois un gros changement et plus le temps passe la douleur est complètement disparu. Je n'en revenais pas, je suis retournée le voir pour le remercier.
