“On Dec 30th I hurt myself at the gym because I went and trained hard despite my back feeling stiff and weird.I hurt myself *badly*, I had trouble walking even.My stubbornness keeps the physio industry alive.A friend of mine recommended Guy at this clinic but I went to a closer one instead. They had a hell of a time figuring out how to help me. I don't blame them, they were out of their depth but really wanted to help.After a eight weeks with little progress (or rather, some progress and regression), I went to see Guy. He figured out what was wrong with me, got me on an exercise program and while I'm not completely better, I started improving much faster.I won't be hitting heavy deadlifts for a while still but I'm way more functional and much less in pain than I was. My treatment is still ongoing but I feel confident that he'll get me back to 100%.So if you mess up your spine, definitely go see him before anyone else. Just listen to him, do what he says and don't mind his bluntness. It's for your own good.“
