Stephanie is the best massage therapist in Montreal, hands down. Truly intuitively understands pain/tension in the body and doesn’t just work on it for you but empowers you with practical advice to use at home. She’s also just a lovely person in general!
Stephanie was super knowledgeable and kind. I'm so so grateful for her help when I truly needed it. Not only did I feel better, but she also instilled me with better walking and driving habits going forward. Would really recommend!
Amazing experience overall! Not only was the massage outstanding, but Stephanie is such a positive and personable individual and definitely goes above and beyond expectations. Not only do I feel great, but I learned a lot from just one session.
Would definitely recommend!
