everyone was so kinda and a lovely girl named kayla helped me, she was so kind and even though i was there for a couple hours waiting for things to transfer i never realized until i left. she made an otherwise stressful event so easy, i couldn’t be happier :)
Stumbled upon The Big Apple on the way to Montreal. So beautiful...so many things to see and do. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Only thing I would suggest is to have more Big Apple branded merchandise.

Philip helped me explore the Apple Vision Pro, and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made my visit to the new store even better. I really appreciate the excellent service I received. Also, they did not had lens for my particular sight for the vision pro so it was difficult for me to use the it properly. It was clearly the issue with availability of the lens. I would greatly appreciate if the store generally doesn’t have these kind of issues because this is the only store in Montreal for me to try the demo.
