I would like to give a shout out to the honesty and integrity of Bain Magique based on a recent experience. I entered into a contract to replace a bathtub with a walk in shower and gave a $2000 deposit.
As it turned out, I could not complete the project because of complications with the plumbing in my condo building. I was forced to cancel the contract.
Bain Magique agreed to cancel and refunded my deposit without any complications.
Many years ago, I hired Bain Magique to install a tub insert and I can confirm that the service and workmanship were excellent.
