After contacting three different people, Chris was the one that stood out the most! Professional in his field, he returned calls promptly, ĥe explained the process of his work and product used are non-toxic (hence tennants may continue living in their apartment), warranty for his work, and instruction on how to upkeep the bathtub (recommended non-abbrasive products to use afterwards). And he also takes before and after pictures of his work! Bathtubs look brand New!
Last but not least, on time on the scheduled appointment, which makes it easier to plan with tenants!
I highly recommend Chris.
