We spent a few weeks speaking directly to the owner to make sure the requirements were clear and the constraints of our home were well understood. He spent all the time needed to help us understand our options and the advantages/disadvantages of each approach and explain them thoroughly. All this before even signing a contract, and at no point did we feel pressure to commit.

On the day of the installation, the team was very professional, protected our belongings and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. They spotted a few faults in our setup outside of their responsibility and helped us fix it. One issue required a replacement part for a minor cosmetic. They had already ordered before letting us know and came back weeks later (due to part supply issues, not a delay at their end) to install it.

“The heat pump was installed with very low quality: 1) Internal coil. The main air filter case was removed together with the old coil. The new filter case was not installed with new coil box. The heat pump can’t work without the main filter. The coil will be plugged by dust soon. The air quality will be bad. The air sips through gaps and holes. The copper pipes are hung without support. Not right for constant use and 12 years warranty. 2) The estimator Jean – Philippe Desrochers told me the new thermostat will be installed and included in the price. I chose Wi-Fi thermostat. The installation team came with a simple thermostat, so it was not installed. 3) The outdoor unit was installed at an old support. The installation doesn’t look solid and accurate. Thin screws and drilled holes are used instead of standard fixing holes and bolts. The screw heads are smaller than fixing holes. Must be reinstalled with more accuracy adjusting the old support to fit new dimensions, and appropriate hardware. They should install it on the wall or close to the wall, under the roof shield for better weather protection but the estimator or installer didn’t discuss this possibility with me.

Most of the problems are fixed now, the outside unit reinstalled, new Wi-Fi thermostat installed, it works, I can recommend this company.“
