We have used Max BTU's services twice (installation of a heat pump then maintenance on a new house) and each time, the experience has been perfect. He offers solutions to the customer's advantage (machine, subsidy, package, etc.), in addition to being very professional. He is very respectful of the environment and his customers. Superb service at a reasonable price! Maxime and his employee arrived on time and were able to repair my central air conditioning quickly. He took the time to explain to me what he had to do and why in addition to answering my many questions.
