“J'ai fait affaire avec cette entreprise vue qu'elle est détaillante Napoléon, la même marque que ma thermopompe. Je suis très satisfait du service de nettoyage de l'unité murale, le remplissage du gaz réfrigérant, de la communication et de la flexibilité pour un rendez-vous. Patrick est informé et en connais sur son métier. Beau travail et merci encore!”
“Polar Service has been serving us for several years now, and they have always done an excellent job.
This time, Mr. Kaveh came by with his assistant to disconnect and reconnect our AC units. After the work was completed, there was a small gap left in one of the units. He didn’t notice it at the time, as he had to rush to his next client.
After I contacted the company, Mr. Kaveh came back right away and took care of it. It turned out to be nothing more than a small readjustment of the closure, and he fixed it quickly and professionally.
I truly appreciate the excellent work, professionalism, and especially the quick response. It’s reassuring to know that Polar Service stands behind their work and takes care of their customers. Highly recommended!”
“Thermo Plus installed a new heat compressor, furnace and hot water tank. The employees were helpful and professional. The company also provided me with service in English, as an anglo, this was greatly appreciated. Any questions I had were promptly answered. I have no complaints, Thermo Plus went beyond a simple installation. Congrats to to the company.”
