Groupe Impérial
“I had a very positive experience with Groupe Imperial and highly recommend them. We received a couch from a friend and were looking to clean it before use. I received a quote first thing the next day and was able to schedule an appointment. Joe called the day before to confirm the slot, arrived earlier than expected to ensure he had parking, and completed the service promptly. I was consistently impressed by the level of communication Groupe Imperial takes with its clients.
In terms of service, I was very pleased to have gone with this company. Joe was very knowledgeable about the couch and the materials, leaving us more than satisfied with the service. He truly went above and beyond, and it was worth every penny to pull that disgusting coloured water out of the couch!!
Overall, I was very impressed by the quality of the service, customer care, and of course the cleaning of my couch. I would highly recommend this company, and would specifically recommend Joe for his clear advantage in experience, communication, and charisma. We are very thankful we did this!”
Mima Organic Carpet Cleaning Services
“Mima is the best carpet cleaning service out there in the west island! They have been servicing me and my family for years now. An added plus is the owner loves and appreciated the workmanship of a vintage rug! Thank you again :)”
