I received the best service ever with Arman (founder and CEO); he was diligent, on-time and explained the cleaning process for my 2 persian rugs. The rugs were returned in the delay promised and well cleaned. I will definitely consider calling Arman from Mima for all other cleaning services offered and I recommend this Company whole-heartedly! I recently got my carpet cleaned with Mima and the service was impeccable. Arman took the time to explain all the steps needed to clean my carpet. I had pet urine stains and dark stains on my beige and grey carpet which were very difficult to remove. They picked it up, cleaned it and returned it after a couple of weeks. I was so happy as it looks great! Urine stains did not come out completely but so much better than before. Great job! I highly recommend them!!
Truly amazing service. Rare these days. Arman is very friendly and welcoming. He is competent and was able to clean my Persian silk rug well. In addition he gave me the exact picture of what I could expect in terms of the final results. Ultimately, the time promised to finish the job was accurate.
