Wonderful & authentic oriental rug shopping experience — Mr. Bashir is knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating.My wife and I were shopping as a family, with a 2-year old toddler in tow. The staff helped us keep our daughter busy while we took our time sifting through some incredible handmade carpets.We were able to take several pieces home to try, and easily return the ones that did not fit our space.After this experience, we’re hooked on authentic oriental rugs, and more importantly the kind of patient customer service that a small family-owned business can provide.

I am blown away by the cleaning job at Bashir Carpets. My 10’ x 12’ 95 yr. old Persian carpet has never looked so gorgeous! It has been cleaned before by other companies, but the results from Bashir are far superior.They were courteous , respectful and a pleasure to do business with.Now I have to have my other carpet cleaned because I really want to see the magic they do!

I recently had two rugs cleaned here. They were exceptionally clean when I got them back. I am very satisfied with the service that they provided. They educated me on their thorough cleaning process and provided me with a timeline of when the job would be complete. I appreciated their transparency and their professionalism. I also enjoyed their great sense of humor. I would definitely come back.
