My last system was giving me an error message and I took it in and they did a full diagnostic on it and determined it was an over-heating video driver. Might need a bigger box, keep an eye on it, but 2 months later no issues. Even though I was one month over the warranty for this HP unit they did not charge for this. My thanks!“
