Hello,We are very experienced Expat travellers, 100 plus countries visited, we have resided in 5 countries, 6 international pet moves. All of these pet moves were executed flawlessly by Manoir Kanisha (MK).We first found Manoir Kanisha and team back in 2015 when we were shipping our Lucy the Bernese Mountain dog from St. John's, Newfoundland all the way to Angola, YUP you read it ALL THE WAY TO ANGOLA. We were so grateful to have found them after an american company bailed on us weeks before her departure. Talk about PANIC, wow.. BUT then Manoir Kanisha stepped in and made it all happen.First, Tim Harris is the pet relocation EXPERT and in our opinion, He is the Godfather of shipping all sorts of animals and he sure knows his stuff. I mean if theres a manual for this he knows every page front to back. He also has contacts/agents within almost every airline all over the world.Upon Lucy arriving back in 2015 to MK she was well looked after as they sent us pictures daily and we could see she was like part of the MK family. Lounging around in the front reception area with the staff, playing in the snow, she fit right in. Before her flight Tim & team made sure she was taken to the vets for all of the required procedures on time and as per Angolan requirements and entry. Lucy was also groomed before departure so when she arrived in Angola she was all fresh and clean for her new adventure. We were at ease knowing she was with pet loving professionals and more importantly that she was well loved in her times there.I should also add when using a pet handler they always use the best airlines who have pet facilities in other major airports such as Schipol or Frankfurt. They also suggest (which is always a great idea) that your pet maybe spend a night or two at these facilities to give the 4 paws a break from all the plane rides, noise etc. It’s a great idea and we always choose this option. It’s like a little holiday for your pet?Without using a reputable pet handler there are so many pitfalls that can trap you. We STRONGLY suggest/encourage to use a reputable pet handler when shipping your fur babies around the world or even within your home country. We have done this also and it always goes smoothly and takes the stress away from trying to do it yourself.We cannot say in words how amazing this place is and all of the staff that make Manoir Kanisha what it is today. (Tim, Nicole, and Bozena). They all go above and beyond in every way possible to make sure you fur babies are looked after for international shipping from start to finish. They were always available by phone or email or if you had any concerns or questions that you might think are silly or previously answered (as things get overwhelming when shipping a pet), not to worry MK are there to reassure you with all of it as many times as you need. We did a local move and everything was great! The communication from booking to the crew coming to take care of our move was perfect! Everything was explained clearly and all our questions and concerns were answered. The crew came on time, and even though it was very hot they finished in a timely manner. They took great care of wrapping and covering all the furniture, as well as making sure everything was placed correctly in the appropriate rooms. When it's time for our next move we will definitely use their services again!

Mike, (the driver) communicated exceptionally well since the time he picked our furniture from a common point to the time he delivered the furniture to us in BC.Mike and Matthew went an extra mile to fix few of our items and this is the first time we noticed someone doing so much for the customers. We truly felt they were angels sent by God who helped us so much with this almost cross-country move from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. They both finished unloading in no time and were super efficient in everything. I highly recommend them to each and everyone. They took care of each and every aspect of unloading and delivering professionally.

Renovco's very quick and courteous response to our emergency, saved us from devastating damages and a fortune in repairs!An early breakfast began with water suddenly pouring out of a spotlight over the kitchen island!After a panicked call to Renovco, a team of clean up experts arrived, identified the location and source of the water, cut a small access hole in the ceiling, sprayed to prevent mold, then placed a dehumidifier and blower to start the drying process! About an hour after, a plumber from Renovco arrived, made quick work of the plumbing issue, then turned our water back on and everything was completely under control, before noon! Renovco gave us confidence and a peace of mind that everything was fixed properly, instead of worrying about the worst possible outcome.
I came in last week for a tire change and oil change. My partner and I had bought the wrong size winter tires (new car - I know, I know we should have triple checked!). Mona and her brother let me know about the tires and they went above and beyond to fix this for me. They let me borrow their car to go to Canadian tire to look for new tires. When CT didn't have any in the correct size, Mona started to call a few more tire places around and we were able to find tires for only $5 more than the wrong sized ones we got (was able to return). They were still able to change the tires that day! Amazing service, friendly and I highly recommend! Will definitely be going back!

They were courteous, positive and reliable in doing what they said they would do and more. When we asked them to look at another problem we had, the drain in our garage, Joe's experience and knowledge and the hard work of Dave, resolved the problem within two days.
