Dr. Ozen and all of the staff at the St. Mary's hospital are first rate. A truly wonderful team all the way from the Emergency staff to the rest of them at the Cardiac Care Unit. A true blessing to this city, we are lucky to have such wonderful and attentive health care doctors and staff!
I've had my baby there and now having taken my elderly mother there, they are a great team of professionals who are friendly, caring, thorough, communicative, inclusive and approachable. There are closer hospitals to me but for me its worth the extra kms.
Okay, it’s a hospital emergency department in Canada, so of course the wait is going to be long! But compared to other emergency rooms I’ve been to, the staff here were extremely helpful, kind, and respectful.
I was feeling very unwell and spent the whole night there, but throughout the entire process, everyone did their best to make me feel safe and reassured that I was in good hands. Despite how busy they were, I always felt that I was being taken seriously and treated with care.
