Saw Dr. Petri Niculiseanu on Tuesday and went for x-ray. He got the results on Wednesday and still waiting for a callback to see if I fractured my foot. Now I call and they are closed. Call back tomorrow. Really disappointed, it's Friday, he could've taken a few minutes to call me especially since I called the clinic twice and the secretary told me she was going to send him a message.

Despite calling during the hours in which they state taking calls (which are super limited), I repeatedly get a phone message that says “the person I am trying to reach is unavailable”. Additionally, I am never able to get an appointment through RVSQ. Not sure what the point of having a family doctor is if you can’t get an appointment with them. Do better!

Worst clinic EVER!! can never get ahold of family doctors. Between having to go online to make appointments, the hours they set to call and still don't answer and their automated service to ignore you....they aren't any help especially for metal issues or for the elderly who don't know how to use their services properly. Would not recommend.
