Replaced my old heat pump and changed my furnace from oil to electric. They were easy to get a hold of and put forth a plan to get my installation done quickly. My main contacts were Sal and Sonia and both were on top of the process. Contractors showed up when they were supposed to and the installation went smoothly. I would recommend them.
Top notch services. Sal took his time to understand our needs and go through the process with us. The installation process was seamless, and the workers were really kind to work around my baby's nap times so as not to make too much noise. We absolutely love our system. 100% would recommend this company. We are very pleased.
My father Norman Yoffe doesn’t have an account but wanted this review to go on record from a verified user. I had suspicions about my original HVAC vendor when my 4 year old heat pump stopped working. I was told by them I had a leak and would be expensive to find and fix so I decided to get a second opinion. I called click-air and a wonderful woman named Sonia, who probably wrote the book on customer service answered the phone. Within 30 seconds, I felt like I was talking to my sister. Within 48 hours Sonia had a technician come to my house and Youssef showed up and made it clear there was no leak. We rebooted the machine and everything worked perfect.
