Had a trane AC unit,
Dealt with Legault for a few years, they would tell us they ordered a part and never called back.
Service guy looked completely lost, paid over 3k to service the AC unit in the fall and now it doesn’t work.
Would never deal with them again.
The technicians were incompetent.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Noureddine was fast, courteous and knowledgeable.He replaced what needed replacing and fixed the problem quickly.Very polite and cleaned up after the job. He was very professional and honest. 5 stars for Noureddine!I did have a problem with the appointment otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It was delayed for two days before the technician came to do the repair. That was due to them having several emergencies that needed to be taken care of. Since my problem was not urgent, I did not really mind but I was not advised of the delays until I called the following day.I highly recommend this company if you can live with possible delays.Service: Heating system repair
