Dominic is amazing! After our basement flooded, our heating and AC completely broke down. Dominic came out as fast as he could to take care of it. He is incredibly nice, polite, and accommodating. He got everything working perfectly again in no time. He does top-tier work and is always punctual. 10/10 recommend, and they have gained a customer for life!
Best company ever I’ve been with them for Manny years my whole family is with them they were always polite very nice and do great work. Dominic is great very polite. I will say they had a bit of difficulty calling back but recently they changed their secretary and she is great I haven’t had difficulty reaching them ever since. Overall great service definitely recommend.
Had a trane AC unit,
Dealt with Legault for a few years, they would tell us they ordered a part and never called back.
Service guy looked completely lost, paid over 3k to service the AC unit in the fall and now it doesn’t work.
Would never deal with them again.
The technicians were incompetent.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
