“Renovco's very quick and courteous response to our emergency, saved us from devastating damages and a fortune in repairs!An early breakfast began with water suddenly pouring out of a spotlight over the kitchen island!After a panicked call to Renovco, a team of clean up experts arrived, identified the location and source of the water, cut a small access hole in the ceiling, sprayed to prevent mold, then placed a dehumidifier and blower to start the drying process! About an hour after, a plumber from Renovco arrived, made quick work of the plumbing issue, then turned our water back on and everything was completely under control, before noon! “I developed a freon leak in my 3 yr old A/C system. I didn't originally buy it with Turner but the company I originally dealt with refused to come and service the unit (Click-Air) even though it had a 10 year warranty. I called around the west island and only Turner agreed to come help. They also helped me navigate the warranty process. It took a few visits to find the source of the leak and order the new parts from Fujitsu but they made it happen and I FINALLY have A/C again. Even though it was difficult to find the issue, they provided regular updates about part ordering, and were very transparent about what was covered by the warranty so there was no surprise costs. I will be using them again for the next repair or new A/C system!“
