“Truly an excellent experience. I brought my elderly aunt's long-haired rascal to be shaved because he'd built up some knots, and while she was doubtful anyone would be able to shave him without earning a few battle scars, I'm happy to say I've never seen him so well behaved.
From the moment we had him out of the crate, they were attentive to his needs and kept a watchful eye on him throughout the whole process. His nails were trimmed in seconds (a harrowing process requiring two people, lots of hissing, and plenty of growling at home) and he didn't make a peep. Shaving him was almost as simple and straightforward. He got slightly uppity when they got to his tail, but again, the staff knew exactly how to handle him, calming him down while they wrapped up the work quickly and efficiently.
I will absolutely be booking future appointments when the little guy needs it, and I highly recommend Felinus to anyone looking for a place where the staff are warm, professional, and clearly know what they're doing.”
