Water Tight Plumbing & Heating is a top shelf and top notch contractor. They know their work and their stuff. They show up on time and arrive immediately, seeing the urgency of situations. The work is done quickly, neatly, and they clean up afterwards. They explain issues in detail and how they will be addressed. They have been highly recommended for many years for plumbing and heating system installation, with customers stating they would definitely contact them again.
Absolutely amazing experience. I needed my boiler valves changed as they had corroded terribly and started to leak. I had a plumber cancel on me. I called Water Tight in a last-minute pinch, and the lady on the phone, an absolute gem, was able to get someone to come out the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and very transparent; I believe Josh was his name. He was done in roughly an hour and also spotted other potential issues. I had a seamless experience with Water Tight. 100/10, will recommend.
A top shelf plumbing & heating contractor, from the ownership, management, the lady in the office (Barbra) to the plumbers and apprentices, these guys know their work, they show up on time, they clean up afterwards, explain in detail the issues and how it will be addressed. Highly recommend
This company is top notch! Watertight has been doing our plumbing work since 2007 and we have NEVER had a problem. For many years we owned a ten cottage rental business and when there was a problem, they came immediately. Today they came to the house to install a new toilet and fix a kitchen tap. The work was done quickly and neatly even though I bothered them with a million questions. I now know so much about how things work in our house such as the Venmar air exchanger system and the geothermal unit which heats the house. I highly recommend this company. Their workers know their stuff!!
